The Copyright Notice Statement is a fundamental legal document used to assert and protect intellectual property rights under Indonesian copyright law. This document is essential when publishing, distributing, or making any creative work publicly available, serving as the first line of defense against copyright infringement. It should be used whenever an original work is created, from software and literary works to artistic creations and business materials. The notice must comply with Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright and includes critical information such as the copyright symbol, year of first publication, owner's details, and rights declaration.
